SaveOnConferences.com has launched a new and improved online solution that will allow you to manage your own billing and conference call reporting from a centralized Online Billing Center.
This new system will give you better management over your billing accounts, as well as the ability to access timely usage information in a variety of formats.
FEATURES
With SaveOnConferences.com's new and improved online billing system, you will be able to
- View and print a hard copy invoice
- Set up automatic payments
- Submit online payments using a credit card
- View and/or export invoice details for each conference
...and so much more.
The new billing system will still support the existing methods of payment: automatic credit card or company check. If you are currently an invoice customer making payments with a company check, you now also have the option to pay online with a credit card.

Please log in to your SaveOnConferences.com account and acquaint yourself with our new billing system.
- Go to www.saveonconferences.com and log in with your user name and password
- Select "Online Billing Center" from the left navigation bar.
- Select a Billing Period from the drop down menu or select the Reports button to customize the date range for your data.
- Choose View Type to sort your data "By User" or "All Users".
- Click on a specific call for more detail.
To print a hard copy of your invoice, simply click on the "Your Bill" tab, go to the "Downloads" button, and select a billing period. Click on the underlined file name for this PDF file. You can now print this file or save it to your computer for easy reference and storage.
