What is Roll Call?

Roll Call is an advanced audio conference call feature that enables the host to ensure all required participants are present. When a participant is joining a conference call they are prompted to record their name upon entering the call. When the Host joins, they have the option of listening to a Roll Call of the recorded names of the participants. Roll Call is well suited for any audio conference call regardless of the number of participants.

How do I access Roll Call?

1. To access Roll Call simply log onto your account.
2. Click on your conference code.
3. Click on the Roll Call box.
4. When each participant enters the conference they are now prompted to record their name.
5. When the host joins they simply hit feature *92 to listen to a Roll Call.
