A: Our Audio Conference calling allows the Host to meet with up to 125 guests at anytime. If you have more guests, you can use our Operator Assisted Conference Call service which allows the Host to meet with up to 2500 guests. - Q: How many people can I have on an Operator Assisted Conference Call?

A: Your Reservationless conference call is automatically setup when you complete the SaveOnConferences.com's sign up procedures. Just distribute the date and time of your conference call with the Dial-In number and Guest code. Call the Dial-In number and then enter your Host code followed by the # sign on your telephone keypad. - Q: Do I have to call to schedule an Audio Conference each time?
A: No, our service is Reservationless; you will be provided with one of our Toll-Free and Direct Dial-In numbers with your own Host and Guest codes when you sign up. Simply use them every time you want to conduct a conference call. - Q: Do I get my own Toll-Free number?

A: Yes. Digitally record your conference call with the click of a button. From your conference, the Host dials *22 from the telephone keypad to record. Once your conference is completed, you will receive an email with the dial in information and passcode for the recorded conference. Digital Playback will be saved for 30 days after your conference. Guests are responsible for their long distance carrier phone charges when using the Direct Dial-In number. - Q: Can I get a copy of my recorded conference?
A: Yes. As Host if you record the conference using the Host Feature *22, you can order a CD recording by accessing the conference detail when you are logged in to your account. The CD recording is available for 30 days following your conference. A: SaveOnConferences.com accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express payments in US Dollars. You may also pay by going to the Online Billing Center, printing your invoice and mailing it with a company check or if you choose to, you can pay online by using a major credit card. - Q: How will I be billed?
A: SaveOnConferences.com has a monthly billing cycle. All volume discounts will be automatically calculated at the end of each billing cycle.
Credit card customer's invoices are automatically processed for their monthly invoice payment to the credit card on record. Customers who pay by company check will receive both an emailed and a mailed copy of their invoice on a monthly basis.
Standard payment for all charges shall be "Net 20 Days from Date of Invoice." Payment is required in US Dollars in the form of company check or major credit card. SaveOnConferences.com shall have the right to impose a late payment charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month (18% per annum) or the rate prescribed by law, whichever is lower, calculated from the past due date. - Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A: The invoice includes the conference #, type of connection, time and date of conference, number of minutes per participant, charges for each participant (minutes x rate), FET, total charges for conferences that occurred during billing period. A: Yes, that number is also displayed on the invoice, but only when participants use toll-free access. - Q: Can you provide the phone number that we dialed out to in the details?
